‘‘Tourner la page ne veut pas dire oublier, cela veut seulement dire que tu choisis d’être heureux au lieu d’être blessé’’.
26th february 2019
i had a little down again today.
Some unfixed things tried to re-emerge again.
I had to tell myself:
Take a deep breath,
Go deep down into yourself,
and try to understand
What your emotions try to teach you.
Good.
Now that you manaGed to listen your innder voice,
What is under your controle
that could make you feel better ?
if you can’t get it right,
try to make you smile with an ironic joke
or a bol of Pop Corn.
It will be like offering a chocolate bar
to a kid that just lost his baseball game…
